death of uncle Peter,ten commadments

LIFE...so fragile. LOSS... so sudden….

I am sorry to hear of Uncle Peter death at Alexandra Hospital on 25 September 2007 at 2155 hrs. after a courageous battle with Cancer.

TEN COMMANDMENTS (EBONIC STYLE)

1. I am the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not have any other gods before me

I'm God. Don't play me.

2. Thou shalt not have any graven images

Don't be makin no hood ornaments and charms outta me, or like me

3. Thou shalt not use the name of the Lord thy God in vain

Don't be callin' me for no reason

4. Remember to keep the Sabbath day to keep it holy

Y'all betta be in church on Sunday

5. Honor thy father and mother

Don't dis or cuss out yo momma....and if you know who ya daddy is,don't dis him neither.

6. Thou shalt not kill

Don’ t ice ya bros

7. Thou shalt not commit adultery

Stick to ya own woman

8. Thou shalt not steal

Don’t be liftin no goods

9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy brother

Don’t be frontin like you all that an no snitchin on ya homies

10. Thou shalt not covet anything that belongs to thy brother)

Don’t be eyein’ ya homie’s crib,ride, or nothing.

CORPORATE LESSON

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing her shower, when the doorbell rings. After a few seconds of arguing over which one should go and answer the doorbell, the wife gives up, quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stand Bob, the next door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel you have on.” After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob. After a few seconds, Bob hand her $800 and leaves. Confused and excited about her good fortune, the woman wraps herself back up in towel and goes back upstairs. When she returns to the bathroom, her husband asks from the shower, “who was that?” It was Bob the next-door neighbor,” she replies. “Great,” the husband says, “Did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?”

Moral of the story: If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your stakeholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.
