What is the different between “Reset settings” and “Reset all”, when performing a Master Reset?
You can reset the phone’s settings to the way they were when you bought the phone by selecting “Reset Settings”. If you also want to delete all phone book entries, text messages and WAP settings, select “Reset All”

To check if there is a newer software version for your phone:
Go to Main Menu > Settings > General > Update service and press "Select".
Choose Search for update and press ."Select"
The phone starts searching for software updates.
Note: The message "Your phone already has the latest software" is displayed if there is no newer version to be downloaded.
If there is a new software available, you will be asked if you wish to download the update; if so, press "Yes".
The download of the new software version now starts.
When the download is finished the phone will automatically restart.
Now your phone has been updated with the latest software.
