Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who reach the age of 15 must register for their Identity Cards (IC). Registrants who are not schooling or schooling in private institutions will collect their ICs from IC Section, Citizen Services Centre, 3rd Floor, ICA Building, 7 working days after the date of registration. The Patriot in me having a new identity card.
