Copy of email to Mr.Tharman Shanmugratnam

Monday, January 08 2007 at 4 pm I received a call from the respective International School that they have just received approval(via Fax) from Ministry of Education. Why the approval took so long is questionable. Anyway Many thanks to Mr.Tharman Shanmugratnam - Ministry of Education . A purge on the Ministry's deck would be necessary to prevent such unpleasant future occurrence
